This is a house of over 8,000 sq. ft. that was extended to include a basement under the existing house and beneath the garden, with a gym, cinema, games room and pool room. A notable feature is the two-storey brick wine cellar with its glass and steel staircase.

At garden level the family room extends across the full width of the property (11 metres). Four sets of double doors lead out on to a large garden re-landscaped by Luciano Giubbilei. On the upper floors the house was fully refurbished to the highest standard.
