An unusual new build home constructed on a flood plain. The project involved demolishing an existing house, constructing a raised concrete platform sat on piles and bolting together a timber framed house imported from Slovenia.

This contemporary design was completed extremely quickly on site and was designed to cope with worst case flooding for the next 100 years.
