Oast House
Although listed, this building was in a seriously dilapidated state. The restoration of the structure was carried out with air-dried oak and the infill panels were formed with Chestnut lathes and lime stuccowork.
The walls and roof were insulated discreetly to a high value, resulting in the external appearance of an historic building with the interior feeling of high quality modern construction.
